Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress‑free experience.

  • Utilize our proven prospecting methods to build and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, enhancing overall team performance.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
  • Leverage technology and online tools to efficiently manage client interactions and transactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve your skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Active or soon‑to‑be licensed real estate agent.
  • Ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and ease.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience in utilizing technology and online tools for efficient client management.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and trust.

Compensation

$125,000 - $189,000 yearly
