This is a remote contract role for a Luxury Real Estate Agent with Costera Luxury Properties. The role involves representing luxury coastal properties, building and maintaining client relationships, and facilitating property sales and purchases. Additional responsibilities include conducting local market analyses, providing exceptional customer service, preparing real estate documentation, and actively promoting listings to prospective buyers. Collaboration with clients and team members to achieve business goals is a key aspect of this position.

• Active Real Estate License in the state of California
• Understanding of the Real Estate industry and expertise in property transactions
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Real Property laws and practices
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with real estate tools, platforms, and market analysis
• Experience in luxury real estate is a strong advantage
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills
