Independence Title Company in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Licensed Escrow Assistant
. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full‑service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company that supports real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in both residential and commercial real‑estate transactions.

• Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.
• Handling A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, working up CDs/HUDs as needed, and post‑closing/funding tasks.
• Having hands‑on experience with the closing process (if already licensed).
• Communicating professionally, respectfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and co‑workers.
• Backing up on closings after becoming licensed, as requested by the Closer or management.
• Keeping an Escrow Officer license active and CE credits up to date (after becoming licensed).

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must successfully apply for an Escrow Officer license once onboard with the company.
• A minimum of 4 years of escrow experience – both frontend and backend/funding – is required.
• Experience with the Ram Quest system preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficient with technology and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency, including Outlook.
• This position works at the office – it is not a work‑from‑home position.
