• Licensed Real Estate Agent preferred or 5+ years as a Real Estate Assistant
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and real estate software like Docusign & Zipforms. Previous experience working with Follow Up Boss is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
