DescriptionWe are hiring a full-time operations assistant for our Florida-based company. Our properties are manufactured home parks concentrated in Florida; however, we own properties in 6 other states.
This is a remote position. Living in Florida or Pittsburgh is ideal, but not required.

Responsibilities- Assist the Property Management Team (Director of PM, and Community Managers) with daily tasks and projects
- Manage company email accounts
- Provide epic customer service to Residents, Vendors, and other Teammates
- Answer questions and send out notices by bulk text and email
- Send out letters via the post office
- Scan and upload documents to our company Dropbox account
- Organize files and office practices
- Handle daily operations
- Process tenant applications
- Social media and website management
- Communicate daily with Community Managers
- Title work on new and existing homes
- Be the direct support to the Director of Property Management
- Tenant and lease management within Rent Manager
- Experience in manufactured housing / Property management field is required. Mobile home experience is a must
- Must have prior Rent Manager experience
- Must be comfortable in Excel
- Must have a driver's license
- Must have verifiable references
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Possesses the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
- Well organized
- Skilled at utilizing technology to be efficient (CRM, apps, software, e-sign, mystate
MLS, FB, Rent Manager, Excel, etc) - Experience in the real estate or property management industry
- Ideally Bilingual (Spanish is a big plus), but not required
- Be able to work full-time, typically 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST
$50,000 yearly
