Transaction Coordinator; Florida & Texas

Full-Time | 40 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 9:00 pm to 6:00 am PHT Manila

As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions from contract to closing.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Serve as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Prepare and review contracts, addendums, and other transaction‑related documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact, providing regular updates to clients, agents, and stakeholders on transaction status.
• Monitor and enforce timelines to ensure timely completion of all transaction milestones, proactively addressing and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Stay current on real estate regulations and verify that all documentation complies with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to complex transaction challenges.

• Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred.
• At least 6 + months of real‑estate experience.
• Organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Florida and Texas state compliance.
• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service.
