Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in Cranston, RI, with partial flexibility to work from home. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, advising clients on real estate transactions, preparing contracts, ensuring smooth closing processes, and staying informed about real estate market trends in Rhode Island.

Providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships are key components of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions.
  • Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency with real estate technology tools and platforms is a plus.
