This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Specialist at eXp Realty, located in The Villages, FL, with opportunities to work from home. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing outstanding customer service, and managing real estate transactions. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing property listings, assisting clients with property showings, and maintaining updated knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.

• Experience in Real Estate sales, transactions, or development
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of Real Property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Proficiency with real estate management software and digital tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Prior experience in a similar role or related industry is a plus
