Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Baltimore, MD, with some flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Agent will manage property transactions, represent clients in buying and selling real estate, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, meeting with clients to understand their needs, showing properties, and consulting on real estate contracts and processes.

The agent will build client relationships and work toward achieving sales targets while staying informed of the real estate market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Proficient in various real estate tools and technologies
• Knowledge of the Baltimore, MD real estate market is a plus
