Position: Licensed Transaction Coordinator (Temporary) - Los Angeles

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate real estate transactions, ensuring all details come together seamlessly from contract to close
  • Manage a high volume of deals (30-50 per month during busy periods) while maintaining quick response times
  • Oversee property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors
  • Handle all transaction paperwork, including drafting addenda and processing disclosures
  • Guide clients through the closing process and respond promptly to their inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • A valid real estate license is required
  • Minimum of one year of real estate experience with extensive knowledge of contracts and disclosures
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proficiency in basic technologies, including internet search and customer relationship tools
  • Experience communicating with clients via email and phone
  • Ability to remain calm while resolving issues and communicating with agents and clients
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
