This is a full-time hybrid position as a Real Estate Manager, based in Cerritos, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Manager will play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and managing real estate opportunities to support the company's growth. Responsibilities include evaluating and securing new property leases, overseeing lease administration, and maintaining current real estate assets. The candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance with commercial real estate standards and company objectives.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Experience with Leases and understanding of legal and financial aspects
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate practices
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in retail or entertainment real estate management is beneficial
