Role Description
This is a hybrid contract role for a Real Estate Agent based in Twin Falls, , with the flexibility to work from home. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Duties include conducting property tours, scribing/negotiating contracts, preparing additional documentation, advising clients on market conditions, and building relationships to expand the client base.
Qualifications- Proficient in real estate practices, including buying, selling, and managing real property
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends in Southern Idaho
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using technology and tools for real estate tasks
