Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Licensed Real Estate Agent role with a hybrid work model. While the position is based in Fayetteville, NC, flexibility for remote work is available. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties; providing expert advice on real estate trends and market dynamics; and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a seamless property transaction experience.
Qualifications- Holding a valid Real Estate License is required.
- Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property is essential.
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Fayetteville, NC market is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
