Role
Description:
This is a hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Jeffersonville, IN, with flexibility for remote work. Agents are 1099 self‑employed. 100% commission based. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, and staying up‑to‑date on market trends. Responsibilities include guiding clients through real‑estate transactions, preparing documentation, conducting property tours, and negotiating deals to meet clients’ goals.
As a hybrid role, agents can work both in‑office and remotely, depending on individual and team needs.
- A valid Real Estate License or Ability to take Class.
- Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property principles.
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with technology and real‑estate software tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility and a self‑motivated approach.
- Prior experience in the real‑estate market and familiarity with the local Jeffersonville, IN area is a plus.
