A mortgage field inspection company is seeking Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspectors in Idaho. The independent contractors enjoy a flexible schedule, earning $15-$20 per hour. Responsibilities include residential property inspections for mortgage lenders, reporting occupancy and general conditions, and using a mobile app for documentation. Experience is preferred. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly payments made every Friday for approved work.
