- Client Relationship Management:
Build rapport and establish trust with home sellers. Provide superior client service by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. - Acquisitions:
Purchase homes, make offers based on market trends, and oversee the transaction process. - Lead Generation & Networking:
Cultivate relationships with sellers and the local real‑estate network. Manage leads and follow‑up to close deals effectively. - Negotiation & Closing:
Use strong negotiation skills to create win‑win deals and close transactions promptly. - Team
Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with title, legal, construction, and operations teams. Manage and collaborate with junior team members. - Site Visits & Client Meetings:

- Experience:
4–10 years in sales or business development. - Real Estate License:
Must possess a real estate license or show willingness and ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire. - Entrepreneurial Drive:

Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills. Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively. - Time Management & Organization:

Travel: 10% or as necessary. The incumbent must drive to various properties and conduct site visits. The job requires frequent sitting and use of hands, moderate noise levels, occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crawling. The incumbent must regularly lift up to 20 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision and color vision. Environmental conditions may include low and high temperatures, precipitation, and wind.
