This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Boston, MA, with flexibility to work from home. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will manage property transactions, assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties, and conduct showings, open houses, and property assessments. Other responsibilities include networking to generate leads, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert guidance throughout the real estate process.

• Must hold a valid Real Estate License in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends and property evaluation.
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a results‑driven mindset.
• Prior experience in luxury real‑estate markets is a plus.
