This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Centre. The role is based in Columbia, MD, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, offering market insights, and guiding them through all aspects of the transaction process. Additional responsibilities include marketing property listings, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications- A valid Real Estate License is required.
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property principles, including market trends and property valuation.
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales to foster client satisfaction and close successful transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
