This is a full-time, remote position for a Commercial Real Estate Agent. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying and securing commercial real estate opportunities, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice on property acquisitions and dispositions. Responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, networking with industry professionals, and achieving sales targets while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate transactions
• Proven expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate Sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
• Proficiency in market research and property valuation
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Experience with multifamily properties is a plus
