This is a full-time hybrid role for a Title Escrow Agent/Closing Processor based in the New Orleans Metropolitan Area / Northshore Area. The role involves preparing and reviewing closing documents, facilitating escrow transactions, working closely with clients on real estate transactions, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Additional tasks include providing excellent customer support, managing residential real estate transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Some work-from-home flexibility is available.

• Experience in Closings, Escrow, or related tasks in the real estate industry
• Knowledge of Notary procedures and expertise in Residential Real Estate transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with legal processes related to real estate closings is a plus
