A real estate firm is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Research Assistant to conduct property research and provide administrative support. This part-time or full-time role can be performed remotely and offers compensation of $30–$35 CAD per hour. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate research, be proficient in CoStar and Loop Net, and demonstrate strong research and organizational abilities.
Key responsibilities include analyzing listings and preparing client-ready summaries.
