This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Real Estate Agent, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with property buying, selling, and renting transactions, conducting property viewings, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market trends. The role also involves preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support senior agents in closing transactions
• Prepare property listings and basic market insights

• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience (real estate experience is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Willing to visit sites and meet clients
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Proficient in networking and building client relationships
• Willing to be placed in PIK, Cilandak or Gading Serpong area
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
