The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant with expertise in CRM management to support our growing real estate operations. You will play a crucial role in managing client data, streamlining communications, and supporting sales and marketing efforts to ensure maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain real estate CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and property listings while ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate appointments, virtual tours, and meetings with clients, agents, and partners.
- Assist in preparing marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and social media updates related to property listings.
- Generate and analyze reports to track lead progress, sales performance, and CRM activity.
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and file management.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and team members to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
- Proven experience working with real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, or similar).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic data analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Support in the real estate industry.
- Prior experience in CRM management and real estate sales or marketing support is highly preferred.
- Flexible remote work schedule.
- Expected availability: 5 days a week, 6–8 hours per day.
- Some overlap with team meetings may be required.
- Deep understanding of real estate operations, lead management, and client engagement processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret CRM data and generate actionable insights.
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a virtual setup.
