Residential Property; Shared Ownerships

Specialist Property firm in Whitstable (Kent) seeks Residential Property lawyer to join the firms “Resales Team”

Candidates will be fee earners, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or Solicitors (NQ+) with experience dealing with a caseload of Residential Property work.

You will be joining the firms “Resales” department which deals exclusively with properties purchased through the shared ownership scheme - with the owner selling their percentage share with the remaining share owned by a housing association.

You will be joining an office which houses over 45 members of staff acting for the either the buyer or seller of the property, liaising with housing associations and guiding them through the entire purchase process with the help and assistance of a legal assistant.

The role offers some home working (1-2 days per week), office parking and a generous basic salary – including other benefits
