Role OverviewThis is a full-time hybrid role for an International Property Sales Broker, based in Dubai with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role requires providing exceptional customer service, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the luxury real estate market, and supporting clients through the sales process.
Responsibilities- Manage property transactions from start to finish.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
- Guide buyers and sellers through the sales process.
- Conduct market research to inform pricing and strategy.
- Generate leads and contribute to business development efforts.
- Negotiate deals to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Proven skills in customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster lasting relationships.
- Expertise in brokerage and sales for high-profile property transactions.
- Experience in real estate, including market trends and investment opportunities.
- Ability to provide training and share knowledge with clients and team members when needed.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with the international luxury real estate market is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
