Overview

Prime Residential Chartered Valuation Surveyor opportunities - Basic salary approx up to £75,000, plus bonus (approx. £10-20,000 - One day in office per week).

Reputable independent Chartered Valuation Surveying practice who specialise in prime/super prime loan security valuation markets in London, Greater London and their European offices.

They have established themselves as a market leader in the prime/super prime valuation space, competing with the corporates in this space.

They are prepared to invest heavily in their team, their progression and career and have large growth plans which are backed up by almost 20 years of success and steady growth. They are now at a pivotal time in their company history and are gearing up to take a larger share of the market.

My client will consider interviewing MRICS valuation Surveyors who have relevant loan security valuation experience, located in London and home counties (all locations considered). Depending on the surveyors level of experience, they are open to discussion with regards to remote working.
