This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Commercial Property Administrator to join a well-established real estate company. This role is mainly a work from home position with the option to go into the office if this is preferred.

Directly assisting a senior property manager with a portfolio of large commercial properties across the Lower MainlandTendering and organizing quotes for repairs and maintenancePlan for capital cost repairs and replacementsBe the liaison between tenants, landlords, management and contractorsWork directly with our site superintendent, building operators, and contractors to schedule and complete service callsManage Angus Systems; generating working orders and inspections, update tenant requestsProvide ad-hoc duties requested from our Tenant Services CoordinatorPrepare and send emails, notices and letters to tenants, landlords and vendors as requiredConduct on-site visits as neededFilter, organize and code property invoicesCoordinate keys and access cards for tenants and contractorsUpdate owner and tenant data basisInternally process move in and move out inspections for new and existing tenantsQualifications
