This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Commercial Property Administrator to join a well-established real estate company. This role is mainly a work from home position with the option to go into the office if this is preferred.

  • Responsibilities

  • Directly assisting a senior property manager with a portfolio of large commercial properties across the Lower Mainland
  • Tendering and organizing quotes for repairs and maintenance
  • Plan for capital cost repairs and replacements
  • Be the liaison between tenants, landlords, management and contractors
  • Work directly with our site superintendent, building operators, and contractors to schedule and complete service calls
  • Manage Angus Systems; generating working orders and inspections, update tenant requests
  • Provide ad-hoc duties requested from our Tenant Services Coordinator
  • Prepare and send emails, notices and letters to tenants, landlords and vendors as required
  • Conduct on-site visits as needed
  • Filter, organize and code property invoices
  • Coordinate keys and access cards for tenants and contractors
  • Update owner and tenant data basis
  • Internally process move in and move out inspections for new and existing tenants
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience assisting with a commercial portfolio
  • Experience with Yardi is an asset
