Lafford Homes is on an exciting trajectory – expanding our high‑quality rental portfolio while venturing into new homes for sale. We're looking for a motivated, hands‑on Property & Lettings Co‑ordinator who wants more than a desk job. This is your chance to directly shape the experience of our tenants, influence how our properties are managed, and play a key role in a fast‑evolving housing provider.
We currently manage 142 rental homes, and we’re growing fast. If you thrive in a varied, people‑focused role where no two days are the same, you’ll feel right at home with us.

- Lead property readiness: from inspections and inventories to ensuring every home meets our quality standards before and after each tenancy.
- Take charge of the full void process, coordinating works and compliance to minimise downtime and maximise rental performance.
- Drive an outstanding repairs experience by managing contractors, prioritising issues, and keeping tenants fully updated.
- Build strong relationships with our service partners and help shape how we deliver maintenance, property services and asset management.
- Maintain high‑quality records and use data to support KPIs around repairs, voids, and operational performance.
- Support marketing and customer engagement through listings, communications, and tenant feedback initiatives.
- Play an active role in improving how we work by bringing ideas that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational delivery.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage a varied personal workload.
- Understanding of landlord responsibilities and compliance requirements.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and property systems.
- Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
- Experience in property or tenancy management.
- Knowledge of tenancy law and housing regulations.
- Experience coordinating repairs and voids.
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting.
You’ll join a small but growing team where your voice matters, your work is visible, and your ideas help shape our future. As a company expanding its high‑quality rental portfolio and moving into new homes for sale, we’re at an exciting point in our journey and you’ll be right at the heart of it. You’ll have the chance to make a direct impact on how our homes are managed, how our customers experience our service, and how we continue improving the way we operate.
