Georgopoulos Real Estate is a respected father–son real estate team serving London, Ontario for over 50 years combined. We are not a large team — we focus on high-level service, strong systems, and a reputation built on trust.
We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive individual to help manage the operational and marketing side of our growing business.
This is a part-time hybrid role, primarily work-from-home, with occasional in-person tasks in London and surrounding areas.
About the RoleYou will help support the day-to-day operations of a busy real estate business, including:
- CRM management and lead organization
- Database maintenance and follow-up tracking
- Listing coordination and paperwork preparation
- Marketing coordination (MLS input, feature sheets, signage, scheduling)
- Social media posting and content scheduling
- Email marketing and client communication
- Occasional property visits (lockboxes, signs, light staging coordination)
- General administrative organization
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, systems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
