Vivid Resourcing is seeking an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor (MRICS) for part-time work with a Scottish Local Authority. You will provide interim support to the Estates and Asset Management team remotely, managing a portfolio of local authority properties and providing professional advice.
This role requires MRICS qualification and offers a flexible contract for an initial period of six months, approximately 15-22 hours per week. Ideal for those with strong negotiation skills and a background in public sector property management.
