Salary

£30,000 – £34,000 per annum + comprehensive package

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. One day working from home and a 4‑day working week available.

Responsibilities

Full management of assigned portfolio
Preparing and managing service charge budgets
Managing planned maintenance
Regular property visits
Continuous improvement of portfolio

Qualifications

Block management experience
Familiarity with AGM’s and service charge budgets
Strong attention to detail
Highly organised and punctual
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Keen problem‑solving skills
Client‑facing
Strong administrative and IT skills
Ability to build long‑term relationships
Positive and encouraging attitude
