We are representing a long-established and respected Chartered Surveying practice specialising exclusively in valuation work.

Widely regarded as one of the sector's most successful consultancy models, the business has earned a very good reputation among valuers (including feedback from many of our placements) and has built a network of long-standing consultant surveyors across the UK.

This opportunity offers the best of both worlds, the flexibility and earning potential of consultancy combined with the support, infrastructure and stability of an established surveying practice.

• Consistent flow of valuation instructions
• Typically able to offer a full diary available for those seeking full-time commitment but may require you travel further afield during quieter times. They are straight stalking sensible people and will be able to give you a realistic overview on the likely volumes in your areas but they do have a very good established work flow and long term client base.
• Flexibility to accept or decline work
• Professional Indemnity cover provided
• Rightmove and industry subscriptions provided
• Administrative and typing support available for a small cost
• Option to be paid via your own Ltd company or to yourself if you are wanting to be paid on a self employed basis.
• No requirement to generate your own business.
• Approximately 80% Residential Valuation work
• Approximately 20% Commercial Valuation work
• Residential valuation experience required
• Commercial valuation experience advantageous
