Bell Ingram is looking for MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyors to join our teams across Scotland
, with opportunities available in Aberdeen, Ayr, Beauly and Perth
.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading independent firms of rural business specialists. You will work across a diverse client base, delivering professional rural services and building strong relationships with landowners, estates, and businesses.
The RoleYou will take a lead on estate management tasks and contribute to the full range of rural surveying services, including:
- Agricultural, commercial, and residential property and estate management, including natural capital, forestry, and sporting interests.
- Property consultancy on sales, purchases, landlord and tenant matters, compensation claims, servitudes, and wayleaves.
- RICS Red Book valuations and property appraisals.
- Advising on renewable energy projects (wind, hydro, solar, battery storage).
- Strategic land management advice for private and public sector clients.
- Business development with new and existing clients.
- MRICS qualified, or working towards qualification (RICS-accredited degree required).
- Ideally a RICS Registered Valuer (not essential).
- FAAV preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- A full driving licence and access to a car.
