The role is part of the Global Real Estate team responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all real estate development and asset management initiatives for the Abercrombie & Fitch, abercrombie Kids, and Hollister brands. As part of the Real Estate Finance, Strategy and Operations team, this role will focus on the European fleet and partner with the Real Estate Deal makers to create and execute an analytically driven, fully integrated real estate strategy that ensures stores meet sales, operating contribution, capital allocation, and risk‑management goals.
This includes all new stores, as well as fleet optimization efforts such as expansions, closures, down‑sizes, relocations, and remodels. Additionally, this position partners with cross‑functional teams in Construction, Store Concept + Design, Real Estate Legal, Stores, and Corporate Finance to effectively manage the new store pipeline and renewals for the existing fleet.

What Will You Be Doing?- Partner with Deal makers to manage renewals, capital investments, and fleet optimization for across the Abercrombie & Fitch, abercrombie kids, and Hollister brands.
- Serve as a key liaison between Real Estate, Store Concept + Design, Construction, Store Operations, Finance, Legal, and external partners to keep projects aligned, on time, and within budget.
- Prepare deal packages, financial inputs, research, maps, presentations, and other materials required for real estate committee reviews and leadership meetings.
- Coordinate review timelines, approvals, landlord requirements, construction scopes, lease documentation, and technical requirements to support timely project execution.
- Maintain accurate project milestones, location data, status trackers, cost‑to‑complete details, and core real estate systems to support reporting, negotiations, and approvals.
- Monitor project risks, budgets, timelines, lease progress, and critical dates; flag issues and drive follow‑up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Dealmaker relationships with developers, brokers, retailers, and landlords by coordinating portfolio reviews, market materials, meeting preparation, and ongoing communications.
- Facilitate cross‑functional status meetings and help identify process improvements that reduce project lead times while maintaining quality and alignment.
- Complete special projects and resolve existing‑store real estate issues accurately, thoroughly, and within agreed‑upon timelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Excel, Power Point
- Organized and meticulous
- Ability to document ideas, workflow, and resolve issues.
- Enjoys working on a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
