Adecco sucht einen Immobilienbewirtschafter (m/w/d) für die selbständige Betreuung eines Immobilienportfolios in Zug, Schweiz. Die Rolle umfasst die Ansprechperson für Eigentümer, Mieter und Behörden sowie die Koordination von Handwerkeraufträgen.
Erforderlich sind eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in mit eidg. FA. Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C2) und EDV-Kenntnisse in MS-Office sind ebenfalls notwendig.
