Vimova recrute un/une courtier/ière en locations résidentielles pour renforcer son équipe immobilière en Suisse. Le rôle implique la prospection, la mise en valeur des biens, les visites et la relocation des objets vacants, ainsi que le placement des produits du groupe.
Vous collaborerez avec les propriétaires et participerez à la définition des loyers du marché, au suivi des locations et à la préparation des baux. Possibilité de télétravail et évolutions internes au groupe.
