Property Manager

Property Manager / Block Manager – Hoddesdon (Hybrid) – Up to £50k

My client is a relatively new but highly successful, multi-office, independent managing agent overseeing a diverse but high-quality portfolio across the South East.

Within their newly opened Hoddesdon office, they are looking to hire a competent, ambitious property manager / block manager as follows:

* Initially working fully home based, moving to a hybrid model once the office is refurbished (by the end of 2026)

* Working hours are Mon-Fri 9-5

* ATPI qualified

* 3-5 years Property Management experience, acting as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager currently

* Fully experienced in all aspects of Block Management, including budgets, major works, H&S and insurance matters

* Resident/Client focused, with exposure to the full range of blocks/estates from smaller RMC to large new builds

* Portfolio consists of 600 units across 19 sites, all London based

* Scope to progress rapidly to office/regional management

The successful Property Manager / Block Manager can expect a starting salary from £45k - £50k alongside generous holiday entitlement including a Christmas shut down.
