James & Partners is seeking a Senior Surveyor for an Infrastructure Property Management portfolio across the South West England and South Wales. The role is predominantly remote/home-based with regular site travel to manage National Grid related sites and associated estates.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial property management experience, landlord/tenant knowledge, and drive to operate independently within a large infrastructure portfolio.
