TQ Lettings in Altrincham is seeking a driven Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding team. This full end-to-end lettings role covers the North West, with driving to appointments and liaising with landlords and applicants.
You will generate and convert leads, book viewings, qualify applicants and negotiate tenancies before handing over to progression. We offer £25,000 basic with OTE £30,000+ and work-from-home flexibility with mileage reimbursement.
