Location: West Yorkshire
Yorkshire Water invites applications for a Surveyor - Commercial Estate Management to join the Land & Property team. You will manage landlord and tenant matters, conduct site inspections, and help optimise income and expenditure across a large regional portfolio.
The role requires ARSC/MRICS, strong negotiation skills, driving licence, and willingness to travel; hybrid working with some travel across the region.
