This is a full-time hybrid role based in Montreal, QC, with a combination of on-site client meetings and office time, as well as some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Broker will identify and list residential properties, conduct property showings, and represent clients in negotiations for purchases and sales. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating inspections and other due diligence activities.
The broker will maintain detailed client records, manage transaction timelines, and collaborate closely with internal team members and external professionals such as lenders, inspectors, and notaries. The role also involves proactive lead generation, attending networking events, and providing excellent follow-up to ensure a positive client experience from initial contact through closing.
- Strong expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, with the ability to manage residential transactions from listing to closing.
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust, responding promptly, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Solid understanding of Real Property concepts, including local market trends, property valuation, and regulatory considerations.
- Valid real estate broker license in Quebec (OACIQ), or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in ; proficiency in French is highly beneficial in the Montreal market.
- Comfort with digital tools and real estate platforms (CRM systems, MLS, virtual tour and online marketing tools).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, ethical, and collaborative, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and adhering to professional standards.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings.
