Senior Facilities Manager; part-time

Position: Senior Facilities Manager (part-time)
Senior Facilities/ Property Manager (part time 2 days p/w), Hybrid, Bedford, Oxford, Bristol, £75k pro rata.

Our client is a part of NHS. They are recruiting a Senior FM/ Property Manager for 2 days p/week (job share) for min 6 month period. Has potential to be extended.

You will manage medical facilities at sites in Welwyn, Bedford, Luton, Oxford and Bristol. You will work from home and visit sites when required. All travel costs are covered.

Responsibilities include managing a small team of site based Facilities Managers and being the higher level liaison for stakeholders and contractors across the portfolio.

Responsibilities also include management of hard and soft FM contracts, H&S and building compliance, property project management, leases, tenant liaison. etc.

The full time incumbent has elected to work part time as they approach retirement in the next couple of years.

This is a hybid role with home working and site visits as required. All travel expenses are covered.

IOSH or NEBOSH is essential and IWFM or RICS qualifications preferred.
