The Guinness Partnership in Havant is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of planned works across our housing portfolio. The role splits time between on-site visits in Hampshire and West Sussex, office work, and some home working, with strong collaboration with consultants and contractors.
You will drive projects safely, on time and to a high standard, managing budgets and resident communications while ensuring value for money within a PPC framework.
