Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships as primary tenant liaison

• Negotiate and prepare leases and land sale contracts

• Administer lease portfolio, including renewals and environmental matters

• Review and oversee land transactions and site plans

• Produce data reports and manage entries in SAP

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate management

• Large land portfolio experience is advantageous

• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
