Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, managing real estate transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing outstanding customer service. While most activities will be conducted on-site, some remote work is acceptable to promote flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License or enrolled in the UBC course to obtain one.
• Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Proven experience in Sales and the ability to meet targets
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving
• Self-motivation and organizational skills to manage schedules and client needs effectively
• Knowledge of real estate trends and market dynamics in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area
• Proficiency with real estate software and tools is a plus
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
