Sheer Jobs Ltd seeks an experienced property asset manager to plan and drive efficient management of a client portfolio, including lettings and lease renewals. You will oversee corporate assets such as industrial estates and retail properties, and support annual asset valuations in line with CIPFA guidance.
Working with senior leadership, you will promote a business-partnering model across internal departments and lead recruitment and performance management of Property Asset Managers.
