Property Manager

Are you a skilled Property Manager ready to join a highly regarded and well-established property sales and lettings consultancy? Do you enjoy working with premium residential properties?

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of residential properties, managing the full rental lifecycle, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and handling any queries or concerns that arise.

Location:

Oxford - outskirts of the city centre, with 1 day per week Working from Home

Hours:

Full Time / 9:00–17:30 / Mon–Fri / 1 in 4 Saturdays

What you'll be doing:

You’ll manage all aspects of residential lettings, from resolving tenancy matters to coordinating repairs and overseeing property check-ins and check-outs, deposit returns, etc.
6-monthly property inspections will be part of your routine, ensuring landlords are kept informed and tenants are aware of any actions needed. At check-out, you’ll liaise with all parties to achieve a swift, fair outcome and prompt deposit return.
Your responsibilities will also include nurturing landlord relationships, providing maintenance and account updates, and suggesting improvements or refurbishments where appropriate.
Between tenancies, you’ll coordinate all necessary work to get properties ready for re-letting without delay. Accurate record-keeping on the CRM system and staying up to date with compliance regulations will be central to your role.
