Beach Baker is recruiting two Valuation Surveyors to join a respected, family-run consultancy. The role covers the Midlands with 100% remote work, open to full-time or part-time applicants.
You will handle property inspections, valuations, rent reviews, and lease negotiations, with direct access to Directors and autonomy. The ideal candidate has 1+ years' valuation experience (commercial preferred), driving license, and strong organisation.
