MyHome Immobilier JCM SA recherche un Gérant d’immeubles à 80–100% pour la gestion active d’un portefeuille, le contact avec locataires et propriétaires, et la coordination des relocations. Vous serez responsable des états des lieux, des modifications de baux et du suivi des reports.
Profil: CFC immobilier ou équivalent, expérience avérée, et autonomie. Maîtrise de Microsoft 365 et connaissance de GARAIO-REM souhaitées; le français est indispensable et l’anglais est un atout.
