La posizione | The role
Per rafforzare il nostro team in Italia, siamo alla ricerca di un/una  Site Development Officer / Site Acquisition Specialist , con un forte orientamento operativo e disponibilità a lavorare sul campo, con focus nel Nord Italia.

To strengthen our team in Italy, we are looking for a  Site Development Officer / Site Acquisition Specialist , with a strong operational mindset and willingness to work in the field, primarily across Northern Italy.

La risorsa supporterà attività di sviluppo siti e acquisizione immobiliare, lavorando a stretto contatto con stakeholder locali e interni. Il ruolo è ibrido, con una combinazione di lavoro da remoto, presenza in ufficio a Milano e attività sul territorio.

The successful candidate will support site development and acquisition activities, working closely with local and internal stakeholders. The role is hybrid, combining remote work, office presence in Milan, and field activities.

La posizione è disponibile da subito ed è inizialmente prevista con contratto a tempo determinato (24 mesi), con possibilità di evoluzione.

The position is available immediately and is initially offered as a 24-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.

Responsabilità principali | Key responsibilities

Gestione autonoma delle attività di sviluppo e acquisizione siti sul territorio
Manage site development and acquisition activities independently

Contatto diretto con proprietari immobiliari, enti locali e interlocutori esterni
Engage directly with landlords, local authorities, and external stakeholders

Negoziazione di accordi e supporto alla finalizzazione dei contratti
Negotiate agreements and support contract finalization

Organizzazione e conduzione di sopralluoghi e incontri face-to-face
Organize and conduct site visits and in-person meetings

Coordinamento con i team interni (engineering, legal, commercial)
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, commercial)

Aggiornamento dei dati e delle attività su sistemi CRM e strumenti interni
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal tools

Contributo al miglioramento dei processi di sviluppo e acquisizione
Contribute to improving development and acquisition processes

Requisiti | Requirements

Esperienza in ruoli di site acquisition, site development, telecomunicazioni, real estate o ambiti affini
Experience in site acquisition, site development, telecommunications, real estate, or related fields

Forte autonomia operativa e capacità di gestire attività sul territorio
